Development group proposes condos on Burling Lane

Equity Land Developers proposed to the New Rochelle City Council to develop a multi-use condominium community on Burling Lane. Currently the area is zoned NB (neighborhood business) and next to a DMUR (downtown mixed use urban renewal) zone where residential units are not allowed. Equity Land Developers is proposing a floating zone that would accomodate their project.
